DC Williams Pro Model

Released for 2001, for me this was a big change to the previous DC line up, in hindsight it looks much more like one of the ‘lifestyle shoes’ than the previous skate shoes they had released. Remember just 2 years before the whole line looked chunky like the DC syntax with heel bumpers and straps plus huge ollie areas on the side shoe – that said a couple of years before that it was all airwalk suede… ahh “back in the day” :)

I remember at the time seeing a documentary on shoe collectors, Goldie (what happened to him!) was on there getting a little more ‘into his shoes’ than I’d expect for early evening viewing!
